Privacy notice
What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Only what you submit through the contact form: your name, email, organisation, and message. We do not collect anything else from your visit. Aggregate, anonymous traffic statistics are covered in our cookie notice — linked from the footer.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)) when the message is about a possible engagement.
Where it lives
In a mailbox we control, hosted by Netim — a French (European Union) email and hosting provider. Your message is sent and stored as email, within the EU. We use no email or hosting provider outside the European Union, and no analytics or advertising processor touches contact-form submissions.
How long we keep it and your rights
We keep your message only as long as the conversation it initiates is active, plus a short business-record period. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, or to object to our processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP); other EU authorities are listed by the European Data Protection Board (EDPB).
