Cookie notice

The short version, the truthful one.

What we set

No non-essential cookies. The contact form sets none, validates submissions server-side via an Origin-header check, and stores no session token. No advertising identifier, no fingerprint, no cross-site marker.

How we measure traffic

We use Umami for aggregate, anonymous traffic statistics. Umami is cookieless by design — it does not store visitor IP addresses, does not use any cross-site identifier, and shares no data with third parties. We host it ourselves on European Union infrastructure that we operate, and we serve the tracker as a first-party path on this domain so no requests cross to a third-party endpoint.

What we don't use

No third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, no fingerprinting CDN. The entire serving path runs on infrastructure we operate. No social-media embed cookies.

Why no consent banner

Because we set no non-essential cookies and process no personal data for analytics, no consent banner is required under the GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive. If that ever changes — for example, if a feature is added that meaningfully processes personal data — we will revise this notice and ask first.
